Job description:
1 Involve in customers new product development from early stages;
2. Lead the mechanical engineers in R&D team for CDM product design;
3. Provide “Design for Tooling”, “Design for Manufacturing”and “Design for Cost” suggestions;
4. As well as driving new plastic tooling, injection and materials technologies implementation
within Ryder to make sure that Ryder is ahead of the global competition;
5 Work with customers internal teams and tooling vendors for mechanical designs and tooling
engineering;
6. Provide technical guidance to BU engineering team;
7.Lead engineering improvement projects.
Qualifications:
1. Strong mechanical engineering background. Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering. More
than 10 vears of experiences in mechanical product design;
2. Experience in wearable and medical product design is an advantage;
3.Familiar with plastic tooling design,injection process and resin materials;
4.Excellent English skills in listening,speaking, reading and writing.
5.Strong ownership and leadership;
